The work of Board of Directors’ members is assisted by the Audit Committee.
The Audit Committee was elected at the ordinary general meeting of shareholders composed of three members and mandate of 5 years by the Board of Directors of “Serdica properties” RIET composed of:
- Tina Dimitrova Milusheva;
- Magdalena Rangelova;
- Elena Velikova Nikolova.
The general meeting of shareholders elected Elena Velikova Nikolova Chairman of the Audit Committee.
